‘Heaven Knows’ is the euphoric new single from Essex-based indie band Low Lying Sun. It’s a beautiful track filled with incredible melodies and warm textures. The sense of space the band have managed to create with this one is truly impressive, with reverb-soaked vocal bouncing off of acoustic guitar chords and huge drums. The accompanying music video is derived to reflect the track’s darkness, intensity and euphoric energy of the band’s sound. “We tried reflecting some of the themes of the song by isolating and obscuring the subject, trapping them in the same space for the entirety of the video.” This is their first single since the release of their acclaimed debut EP, Hymn To Say Goodbye, which dropped in April of 2022.
